Your service was punctual and prompt.  Your contact, Shan, was very clear in his explanation of terms and was most professional.  Thank you!  However, it had not been clear to my sister that the fee of $88.00 was per ton, not a flat rate.  Also, it might be a good policy to offer covers for garbage bin of any size.
